On Saturday, February 27th Commack Ambulance will be having a fundraiser with Chipotle. Between the hours of 5:00pm and 9:00pm, visit the Chipotle located at 4000 Jericho Turnpike. When you are paying, please show this flyer (having it on your phone is acceptable) or tell them that you are supporting the Commack Volunteer Ambulance Corps. If you are placing an order online for pickup, enter the code “6P2J2AW” in the “promo” field at checkout. Online orders must be placed via the Chipotle App or the Chipotle Website.
